It keeps showing up on my computer mostly when i close internet explorer.

Some kind of Module error - you can get more information about what caused it from the Event Viewer of Admin Tools.

Check your RAM using MemTest86...burn the ISO image to a CD and then boot to it. It will automatically start and begin checking. If anything comes up as red, you will want to replace your RAM.

Do you have Norton Antivirus software? I had a problem similar to this when I did (got rid of it).
