THE HYBRID CAR.... RIP-OFF....!
Today's HYBRID Car.... is often held forth as the way to save... the Planet!
Yet MANY.... have not investigated THE REAL TRUTH!
The Battery has to be Replaced in... THREE YEARS... to the cost of ...$1800-to-2500 Dollars depending on the Make... AND.... a Disposal FEE...!
The Air Conditioning NEVER WORKS PROPERLY..... Especially in the Southern States!
The TIRES wear out FASTER..... due to the Weight of the Car!
Oh yes.... WE ... here in the USA as Only 5% of the World Population.... are going to save the Planet.... BY OURSELVES?
Surely China.... 2.5-to-3 Billion PEOPLE... are going GREEN? NOT!
Wake up America! Smell the RIP OFF!
Thanks for Asking ! RR

"When will you reap the rewards of that premium price of hybrids, really?"
This would be my suggestion, as most hybrids run 2/3 more expensive than a similar version in non-hybrid form, say $18,000-$20,000 for base vs. $30,000 for the hybrid.
How long before you really see the savings of a more fuel efficient hybrid? They're more expense to maintain, more cash up front, new car/ more expensive to register and plate, possibly more expense to insure, etc...
Good luck!

How loads of Prius owners got suckered into thinking they would save the environment but only got a modest fuel consumption improvement. Is a snappy title I think that you will agree.
