Your old cloths will do and some amount of rice and just donate only the amount that your pocket can afford. Do not worry if isn't enough coz it's the thought that counts...

How about yourself.

Offer to clean for a number of hours.

Babysit the kids for a number of hours.

It would cost a small amout of money but offer to cook and deliver a meal.

Or any other talents that you have.
