Death is spirit triumphing over the flesh. It is the end of the physical life and the continuation of spiritual life.

Death is the absence of life. The complete absence of life. Death is not another kind of life. Death is not life someplace else either. There is no such thing as an immortal soul or immortal spirit. The cure for death is resurrection.
Many different religions teach that the soul or spirit is immortal and never dies. But this is not truth according to Judaism or Christianity. Over and over, both the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) and Christian Greek Scriptures (New Testament) attest to the fact that when we die, it is over, unless we get a resurrection. If we had an immortal spirit, we would not need a resurrection, would we? And yet the hope of the resurrection is held out in countless scriptures.
So death is the absence of life. It is the victory of sin over humans. But for many it is (or can be) temporary.

You are wrong my friend as I care weather you live or die and I'm so sorry that your life has been so sad. At Matt 24:14 it says this "GOOD NEWS" of the Kingdom, you have not heard of this good news as it will change your views. You have good in you as you did not blame others you just wish to end your suffering but what you don't know is why you are suffering do you? 1 John 5:19 says: We know we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one. Many have been in your shoes and allot of them when finding that they are cared for and that there is a group of over 7 million that care for everyone that is seeking relief from Satan's system of things. You believe in a burning hell but there is no such a place, this teaching comes from paganism. You can check this out just email me and I will show you how free of charge you can download a publication called "What Does the Bible Really Teach?", after reading this study aid and looking up the scriptures from the Bible and if your a sincere person I guaranty your views will change as you will learn that soon "all" living will be happy and the past won't even be brought to mind as the true God Jehovah says he will make all matter straight and it will be as if they never happened! Many have been where you are and after learning the truth they have found a purpose for their lives and even while living in this earth ruled by Satan they are happy and looking forward to the time when Satan will be no more and mankind will be happy!

Now, at the time of death, the soul and spirit leave the body. The body is put into the grave. In the case of believers, the body is described as sleeping, Acts 7:59, 60; 8:2, while the unsaved person's body is spoken of as dead. The soul and spirit never sleep. If the person who died was saved, the soul and the spirit go to a place of joy and happiness – heaven. II Corinthians 5:8; Phil. 1:21- 23. If the person was unsaved, the spirit and soul go to a place of sorrow and punishment - hell. In Luke 16:19-31, our Lord clearly teaches that those who have died are conscious.
Death is not soul sleep. The word in Scripture, concerning the death in Christ, means, “rest.” It does not mean “unconsciousness.” The body may die, but the soul and spirit are fully awake and will never die. Death in the Bible always means separation. Physical death is separation of the soul and spirit from the body. Spiritual death is eternal separation from God.

Death is the entry to eternity; Heaven or Hell, believe it or not. Go to spiritlessons.com and read the real life encounters of people who have had a glimpse into eternity. I like the article written by Dr Maurice S Rawlings who studied the dying and said that they are either happy when they die as they see where they are going or they struggle with dying as they see the fires of Hell. Dr Rawlings was an atheist, after his research he gave his life to Christ. Read his findings, they will open your mind.

Death is the permanent end of the life of a biological organism. Death may refer to the end of life as either an event or condition. Many factors can cause or contribute to an organism's death, including predation, disease, habitat destruction, senescence, malnutrition and accidents. The principal causes of death in developed countries are diseases related to aging. Traditions and beliefs related to death are an important part of human culture, and central to many religions. In medicine, biological details and definitions of death have become increasingly complicated as technology advances.

"Death" The meaning of this word is very clear: It is the end of Life (as we know & understand it), There is no evidence whatsoever that anything exists or occurs after death, there is only speculation &/or conjecture. For example: All (thats All) of the alleged "Spiritualists" that I have spoken to, have only ever been able to tell me things that I already knew. In other words, I believe them to be telepathists rather than "Spiritualists" who purport to be in contact with dea people. My own experiences are well able to "perform" their feats. Anyone can learn telepathy, it is no big deal!
