Spiritualist's believe Heaven is a level of spirituality, not a physical place, that we can attain. Jesus often said "the kingdom of heaven is at hand". Something at hand is readily available. We can experience heaven when we reach the necessary level of spirituality.

The Scriptures clearly teach that there is a place called Heaven for all who know and love our Lord Jesus Christ. Heaven is a place. The word is used in the Bible in three different ways. First of all, the region of the clouds is called heaven. Genesis 1:8. Then the area where the stars are located is known as heaven. Genesis 1:17. Finally, the word is used to describe God's dwelling place. Paul calls this the "third heaven" and "Paradise." II Corinthians 12:2-4.
It is a place that God has prepared for all who come to Him. If the Creator of the Universe prepared it, it must be something wonderful. The writers of the Scriptures could not find language that would describe it.

The bible says they will be all resurrected together, no one is going to heaven, Revelation states that Jesus Christ will rule right here on earth for a 1,000 years, if everyone is in heaven or hell who is he going to rule over on earth!

If it did, it'd be incredibly crowded, right? If everyone has to be happy all the time, wouldn't it seem a little lifeless? If people argue are they banished? Sounds like a police state to me. Who does the administration? If you had to work in heaven for eternity as a checking in clerk, wouldn't you actually be in hell?
Do animals go there? Are cavemen there? Do good insects go to heaven and bad ones go to hell?
Aren't you a little old to go around believing in tooth fairies and goblins at your age?

No way... you go to Heaven as soon as you die! There is no waiting rooms to get in Heaven! You can have a lot of fun watching your spouse going after "strange flesh", too! You will get to watch the people being tormented in Hell, too!
By believing in Jesus you will get one of the first seats in Heaven to watch how the vast majority of the human beings will be tormented in a sulfuric fire for ever and ever and you will get a chance to poke fun and tease at them all you want for ever and ever…
Luke 16:23-25 (NIV) (Sweet Jesus says) And being in torments in Hell, he* (*a rich man in Hell) lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’(and Jesus all excited continues telling…) But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. (Hey, these are words of Sweet Jesus!)
Revelation 14:10-11 "he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur IN THE PRESENCE of the holy angels and of the LAMB* (*aka God the Son Jesus Christ, and some Christians who will ALWAYS be with him wherever he goes/John 17:24). And the smoke of their torment rises FOR EVER AND EVER. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name."
Hey, what a show for all the Christians! No wonder Jesus said that you must hate your father and your mother and everybody else to be his disciple, especially if they are "unsaved" and go to Hell! You will hear a lot of “I told you so…” from Sweet Jesus!

Yes it exists. But that doesn't mean everyone will get there. It means that everyone who is a Christian (basically, no sin) will go. But Christians do sin, everyone sins, so does that mean we're all condemned to hell? No! You can ask Jesus to forgive your sin and it'll all be washed away and you'll be super clean. Then you can go to heaven and be with God, Jesus and all the other Christians

No of course not.
Neither does hell, Oz or Narnia.
Anyone with an ounce of common sense can tell you that.
