So perhaps this is a really dumb question, but ever since my ex left me, I've felt so worthless and miserbale...I hate the fact that he's gone back to his two timimg *****!
And it really angers me so much, because she does him dirty eveyday, (and it's depressing because everyone sees it but him!)
Can anyone share a personal expierence? Some advice would be helpful too, because it hurts soo much!
Is it really his happiness?
How can forget him?

Horrible situation to be in.. distraction is the key. Next time thoughts of these 2 pop into your head (and they will, unfortunately) think of something else, that makes you happy. Plan your dream home.. career.. holiday.. anything that will take your mind away from this pain and onto somewhere more constructive to you. Good luck x

Oh - and give yourself time to lick your wounds before you get with anyone else.. use it as an excuse to have some "me"time.

It's over, move on. Take deep breaths and find new (male) habits.

Just because "everyone sees it but him" is no excuse or reason to be upset. You really gotta let this go. You and others have an inflated opinion about what's best for someone else.

Let it go. Join new social groups.

Well, I was with this guy for 18 months... and for the last six there was this girl that he worked with. She offered him head, tried to get him to sleep at her place, and took him out clubbing. At one stage, I told him that he could not be with her alone... but of course he decided to ignore that.

In August he dumped me. He started dating her and continued to sleep wtih me.

I think the best way to forget him is to cut him out of your life. Just forget about him - remember all the times that he was sweaty and smelly, and treated you badly... Hating them helps so much.

Good luck.

My best friend went behind my back and asked out a guy that I had a crush on (she had a crush on him too). Then she treated him like S*** and eventually broke up with him. A week later she started dating a guy who treats her like S*** and she expects me to feel sorry for her etc.

Mine left me after 12 years and went back to the bit#h that took him for everything years ago. Go figure!! I treat him like gold, and he treats me badly.

You can't like this. First try to manage keep your questions pertaining to him short.

Lack of focus/attention is the first step.
