God is the universal spirit, that hold the universe together, as one functioning organism. God is a good, and very moral God, and want everyone to contribute positively, to making this world a better place for us all. To feel closer to God, pray/meditate,eat a healty diet, do mind-body exercises, and do not over indulge.

that's not something that can be answered in one word.
the meaning of God is different to everyone. God is a higher power much much biger than us, we will never fully understand him. He is the most powerful the most forgiving. there's sooo many attributes to God that you can't count.
He is the creator. he oversees everything, and loves everyone. He created people as his Children in his image,
any good attribute that you can think of in a human being, is a reflection of god's attribute. things like forgiveness, kindness, honesty, might, goodness, any virtue. hard to explain. if you believe in God even a little bit, do some soul searching, any moment of your life, where you felt loved, protected, safe, or even the opposite( like any hardships you may have had) God's been there.

The way this was written is as if there are many. I have yet to believe in any earthly god thing. So to give your question its rightful answer I would have to say.
The god is any nature of thing or entity that you so choose to believe in as your chosen god.

In my opinion, the spiritual God referred to by Jesus Christ, the Ultimate Reality referred to by yogins, the undefined consciousness in the Buddhist Nirvana...the First Cause that led to everything in the Universe and maybe elswhere. WHO we can attempt to answer, but I will not answer the question of WHAT is God.

"God" is not a "who" but a "what".
To say "who" is to imply personality... which is to imply weakness and limitation.... which are not generally features of an exclusive "God".
