Your wife's green card was provisional for the first two years she had it. Assuming she did all of her paperwork properly and on time, she applied to get the conditional status removed after the two years were up. So yes, she should be able to keep her green card.

Yes she can IF, she removed her conditional status after 2 years of marriage. If the conditions are not removed her green card can be revoked.

If you guys did switch her from conditional to permanent status there is nothing you can do to send her out of the country.

Yes, you don't (and never did) own her or her status.
If she has a Green Card, she is a Permanent Resident of the US and it doesn't matter that she got that status through marriage to you.

However, the answer is yes, she can keep it, if she didn't get if fraudulently to begin with.
