many cases that reaction comes while somebody takes a verse out of context and tries to make it say something it is contradictory. i've got continually reported which you will no longer take one verse out of the Bible. assorted the Bible should be appeared at in context and from historic attitude because it fairly is a tale that replaced into instructed some thousand years in the past. there are some verses that'll stand on their very own, like John 3:sixteen. yet for the main area we could seem on the verses around the guy verse.

A verse where Jesus claims to be God...
John 8:58--"Before Abraham was, I AM."
This was a direct reference to God identifying himself to Moses back in Exodus 3. The priests got the reference... to the point that they wanted to kill Jesus on the spot for blasphemy.

There is no such verse. He worshipped God and told to worship him.
29 Jesus answered him, "The first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.
37 Jesus said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with your entire mind. (Bible; Mark 12:29 & Mathew 22:37)
For himself he told about him:
3 "Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? Are not His sisters here with us?" So they were offended at Him.
4 But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives, and in his own house." (Bible; Mark 6:34 and read Luke 4:24, John 4:44 also)
And he forbid to call him, even Good:
19 So Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is God.
20) "You know the commandments: Do not commit adultery,' 'Do not murder,' 'Do not steal, ' 'Do not bear false witness,' 'Honor you father and your mother.'" (Bible; Luke 18:19-20)

Actually Jesus does in the Bible say who he is(John10:36)what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, 'I am God's Son'? And at his baptizm:17And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased." No Jesus did not ever claim to be God, when he came to earth he never ever did things to please himself, his first concern was alway to do God's Will, Just how important he deemed the doing of God's will is shown in this statement of his:"My food," said Jesus, "is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. (John4:34)Jesus considered the doing of God's Will as important as the eating of food! No Jesus never directed any of his followers to worship him but he did direct them to prayto and worship God why would he do this if he was God, Why not just say so?

...Jesus doesn't have to give such a testimony... His actions spoke much louder then words...He had "eyewitness" that did it for Him... See John, chapter 20...vs.24 thru 31. His mother also acknowledged Him as God and Savior... See Luke chapter 1 vs.46 & 47...do you need more...? there is so much more... It's all there if you read the Scriptures.... clear and consice...

Christians claim that Jesus is God and that he resurrected from the dead. Islam disagrees most violently with these claims - then exactly who is the Islamic God?
