It's definitely " anch' io" with the apostrophe.
Shamrock's answer "anche io" is not correct.
Italian grammar says that an apostrophe must replace the ending vowel if the word immediately following starts by another vowel. Therefore "anche io" becomes "anch' io"

The correct way to say that is:
"anche io"
On line translators just take the two separate words, translate them and stick them together. They can't understand context no do they take into consideration grammar rules.
Edit:
Martox, I don't feel my reply is incorrect. There is no grammatical rule in Italian that says it is mandatory to use an apostrophe! I chose to separate the words because it is a simpler form for a non-speaker to understand. Both versions are correct.
