Sounds like a lot of possibilities. So here we go....
One, it could be parasites. You know, fleas, lice, etc. This is common for people who have pets which run outdoors or live near tall grass. Try washing your linens in bleach, wash all your clothing, and clean your house with a microscope.
Two, it could be the laundry detergent you use. Try changing brands to something like Ivory Snow which is designed for people with sensitive skin. You will once again need to wash everything in it which you come into contact with.
Three, either don't bath as much in the day as you do or switch soaps to Dial. You could be drying out your skin and as you heat up in the covers your pours open up which causes the skin to stretch and thus the itching.
Four, harsh water or environment. This could be hurting your skin because of minerals in the water, cold or hot winds, dry air, or chemicals in the water. Try applying a fragrance free lotion to your bodies with either coco-butter or aloe in it.
Hope this helps.

he needs to see the doctor and get a lotion to apply all over the body for scabies. its possible all the family may need treatment also . then wash all sheets pillowcases and towels at 60 degrees to kill the little buggers.
don't be embarrassed about this the doctor is used to it just go and get some relief.
I'm not sure but i think it comes from a dog so if you have one take the dog to the vet for a check up.
its also highly contagious and i think can be caught from sleeping in someone Else's bed if they have it and the sheets haven't been changed
also just shaking hands with someone who has it can pass it on
just do your best and if you need to go back to the doctor for more help

Without more details, it's hard to say. Could be some kind of insect bites or poisonous plant-have you been outside? Do you have a pet?
If you are scratching so hard you have bruises it can't be good-where are your parents? Ask them to take you to ER.

I'm guessing that you might have chiggers or mites in your beds (if you're getting them when you are IN the bed).
Otherwise, it sounds like you are allergic to whatever you do right before you get in the bed. Maybe the bath soap, or the detergent on your pajamas? Perfumes? Lotions?
Hard to say.
