I am 21 years old and my girlfriend has the hottest body and is so drop dead gorgeous, and she likes me with my shirt off but I have a bit of manboobs and a gut. Im so sick of this fat that I spent 350 bucks on a treadmill and 100 bucks on a basketball goal! I wanna push myself to lose this weight but I give up too easy. I need something like creatine or muscle milk to boost my energy way up. Plus im going to be doing lots of pushups and situps. GIVE ME SOME ADVICE! Please!

I've been on a diet for about 6 months now and I've lost 50 pounds. I call it "The Caveman Diet". Yes it is a diet of my own creation but it is something of a low carb diet. The key is, no processed food. Before I eat something, I have to ask myself if a caveman could have eaten this. Cave men didn't have bread, pasta, sugar, snickers, or anything like that. They had meat, veggies, fruit, and water. Stick to that diet and the pounds fall off. The great thing is that my blood pressure and cholesterol have both dropped like a stone too.
Be sure to take your vitamins daily and some calcium pills every day too. This helps you to get over sugar withdrawals. After 3 weeks, you are allowed to cheat one meal a week and have anything you want and as much as you want. This way you stay on the diet longer and don't feel deprived.

BTW, you are putting too much pressure on yourself with the exercise. Do something better for you body, go out and play.

Lastly, as a 43 year old man who has had way too much experience with women, I want to give one piece of advice. If she likes you with your shirt off, that's good enough for anybody. If she says you look good with your shirt off, you will just make her mad by arguing with her. Be yourself and let her love you for that.

You are on the right track to improve yourself but you should have spent all the money on a simple gym membership.
People get caught up in trendy diets which is a mistake. Look at the people who write diet these diets....most die young...look horrible and have no clue. Can you imagine Dr. Phil actually put out a recent best seller diet book....look at the guy??? The person that wrote the Beverly Hills diet just died at 63 so please don't get sold on these hype trendy diet scams. Almost all just make the writers rich and do nothing for the users.
Best thing is to analyze your eating habits. Cut out all junk or things you shouldn't be eating. For example..cut out white breads, ice cream and sodas and you will see a huge difference. Try to eat healthier and a good balanced diet. Get on a 3 day a week work out schedule to start and watch your body transform then build from there. At your age a diet supplement is not needed but get a good multi vitamin and some basic supplements for your work out needs. If you have issues with giving up then get a decent training partner that has the same issues as you so you can push each other.
Trust me in time you will be able to convert yourself into something your GF would be proud of.
Good luck

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.

If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.

I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical. Its results are excellent and fast.
