To be clear you can not spot fat reduce. For example you want to lose fat on your belly so you start working out, your body chooses where the fat is lost from ie.thighs, butt etc. So you just have to continue to work hard and eventually the weight will come off
For general body fat loss you should work out on most days of the week (4 or more). Any sort of cardio exercises are great. I find that kick boxing is a fantastic method as it works your whole body and gives you something to focus on and motivate youself. Other suggestions include swimming and interval running (ie. run 4x200m, 4x100m and 4x50m) keeps you focused over the short periods.
However, you can tone specific areas so to target the muscles in your abs I hate to say it but sit ups are the way to go but also for something different try getting a pilates video. Or buy your own fitball and look up allsorts of core exercises to do on google.
Also don't get to bogged down jus looking at the scales becaue often people find when they start a workout routine that they actually put on weight or stay the same. This is not a bad thing. As muscle weighs more then fat what you are doing is losing fat but putting muscle on. Just stay focused and watch your body change shape.
Hope all this helps

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

First, there's no such thing as "spot reduction".

Meaning you can't just get rid of your fat from the belly!

You have to eat food and do exercises that help promote fat loss though.

When your body's metabolism is increased, it will tapped into the fat as energy and use them - thus helping you burn them off.

To effectively burn fat, you need to do exercises which target your "fat burn zone".

Nothing too intensive but brisk walks or slow jog is good.

Try to do them at least 20 mins per session.

And if possible, do it at least 3 times per week.

There's no such thing as spot reducing with regards to losing fat. You can't target just your abs for losing fat; you lose fat throughout your body. That said, the only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you take in. And the best way to do that is to eat better and exercise. Also, lean muscle mass burns more calories than fat mass even while doing nothing. That means you can (and maybe should) concentrate on building the lean muscle mass of your body's larger muscles. That includes the quads (the muscles in your thigh). Regardless, there is *no* quick fix for losing fat. You can't expect to go from a flabby belly to a ripped six-pack "in a short period of time". It's a relatively slow process.

Best type of exercises are excercises that target your core- things like yoga. Also, be conscious of your posture. Try to always make sure you are pulling in your tummy. Sit up straight, don't slouch. This gives your body an instant lift.
Unfortunately, no amount of sit ups or crunches or anything will help you though without modifying your diet.
Drinking lots of water will help, make sure you get enough fiber, cut down on caffiene and up your intake of herbal teas, like rooibos.
I also like to use a hula hoop- stand in front of the TV and hula while you watch. Another cool exercise that will help get you into a good tummy tucking habit is, when you are driving, every time you break or accelerate, suck in those ab muscles.

I don't think there is any way to target belly fat. You can gain muscle in that specific area but any fat loss is going to be over your entire body. Dieting is a much faster way to lose weight than exercise.

There is no such thing as spot reduction...sorry...the body doesnt work like that...now crunches can firm up the muscle under the flab..but stomach muscles dont use the fat from the stomach.Instead you need to do at least 45-60mins of aerobic exercise...why this long?...cause usually at just 20-30 mins your body uses its stores that it has in your liver!...so you dont even get to the stores of fat elsewhere in your body..ie stomach,hips,arms...until you exercise for 60 mins or so...sorry.

I'm not sure, but i'm going to have a good go at this one? Well, i would start off by doing light weght push-ups and sit-ups and start getting yourself into a routine to get you used of it then slowly begin the heavy pushing and crunching. So once you have gotten yourself motivated to be moving faster and all of a sudden you'll feel the pain working your stomach that will be because your burning fat.

Everything works. I've tried everything. Lifting weights and doing cardio machines was the easiest.

Running was the hardest for me.

I've found my nutrition is the most important. When I eat better, I lose weight easier.

To lose weight you probably need 4-5 days-- 2-3 days just to stay in shape.
