All of the great creations in the universe are done by God, all of the horrible disasters are done by God. Your children come into being by God, others are taken away by God.
Maybe God is a force that will always create and destroy in an endless cycle, forever, not caring about your prayer, beliefs or lack of them for that matter, because God has no conciousness of Itself, God simply is.

It rains on the just and the unjust. God will heal us every time but one and then it just takes place on the other side of Jordan's crossing.
God is such a personal God that He sent His only begotten Son to die for us and Jesus is still fulfilling His mission today for all those who will call upon Him. One day Jesus will wipe all the tears from our eyes (that have been redeemed by His blood shed on Calvary) and we will sorrow no more and there will be no more death, no more sickness, no more pain but all will be joy and peace and love forever. I believe that God is a collective consciousness. Every living thing in the universe is a tiny part of God, merely exploring itself in an effort to understand itself.
All of our experiences, whether they be good or bad, add to that collective knowledge of existence.

they say everything happens for a reason.. maybe it does maybe it doesn't...what if we were actually all alone.. how many people would go insane without "god" to blame thank or pray to? i think its just best to believe what you will and see what happens when it happens...
