Right, right, right, I don't smoke in the car with my son, even thoiugh I'm almost sure I'm allowed to, However, someone close to me recently indicated to me it is illegal, so even though I'm sure I'm allowed to by law, I am wondering. Especially if anyone can indicate truthfully a yes or no answer.

No. BUT in Michigan it is illegal to BE a Minor. Have the little bugger locked up at once! How dare a child inconvenience an adult. Good thing we have laws about this. Children should be jailed and not heard.

AND, what the heck!!! How is it that a minor in Michigan is out FREE? Is he on some kind of work-release program? Do the authorities know about this?

Call the authorities if you even THINK you see an unfettered child. THIS is AMERICA golldarnit. We can't tolerate too much freedom here, after all Freedom is Not Free and no one is paying the Freedom Charge Account Bills right now with this war and all taking up so much cash.

Get that kid in jail or you could be locked up yourself. Why risk it?

If it isn't it should be considering the health risks for the child. If it is against the law for a child to smoke then it should be against the law for a child to breathe second hand smoke.

So far Michigan does not have any smoking bans.

Smoking in cars is always illegal because it is dangerous to the health.
