Method 1
Use Neutrogena Clear Pore Wash/Mask. It has clay and benzoyl peroxide to absorb excess oil, clear away old skin cells and kill bacteria. It works best as a mask - just apply where needed once or twice a week.
Method 2
After washing your face at night, dampen a cotton pad w/ hydrogen peroxide & swipe it over your nose. Hydrogen peroxide will bleach the blackheads & kill the bacteria that cause them.
If you have sensitive skin, leave the hydrogen peroxide on for 5 minutes & rinse it off.
Method 3
Aspirin mask: Crush 4 - 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask. Or mix them with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask or aloe vera gel instead of water. Apply a thin layer where needed & let dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off w/ cool water.
Method 4
Steam facial & use a skin care tool to extract them or press gently w/ your fingertips.

Use a facial wash that contains salicylic acid and a toner that contains it also. Neutrogena makes some great skin care products that can help the problem. Put a warm wet cloth or use steam to open the pores. Then wash with the cleanser and use the toner afterwards to close the pores. It will help greatly. There is are also a micro-dermabrasion kit you can get by Neutrogena that will help close the pores and help them stay clean after you get the blackheads out.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

use the oil-free marvel gel or deep exfoliating gel to remove the blackheads & whiteheads.(neutrogena okay, but i recommend Bio-Essence)(do it everyday)
then the Deep cleanser
the Deep Nourishing Toner to removes all traces of impurities & contracts pores,
the Sunscreen Moiturising Lotion SPF15 or SPF56
Pores & blackhead.. thats mean u r oily skin, avoid ur skin from oil(like olay, nutox, loreal, or any cream)
Bio-essence is my favourite cos it can avoid the pimples, the blackhead & improve our pores.
anyways, i dont force u to use the same cos everyone got the different types..

omg i hate blackheads, i had them on my nose
and its disgusting,
but you can get rid of it
!)by using those biore strips and you can find it at your local WALMART.
2)you can get a facial which i get twice a month. [:
3) wash your face with the apricot scrub from st. ives
4 you can steam your face, before i steam my face i wash it with a cleanser and then i steam it to open up my pores, after that i "gently" squeeze the pimple out ( remember only squeeze the pimple gently and if it doesn't come out, that means it isn't the right time) after that put mask on and then wash it off with warm water, finally wash it with cold water to close your pores. & then put on moisturizer!

Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. I think u ve either oily or mix type of skin. Try to go to any saloon twice in a month to get ur "Facial" done. And wash ur face 3 times in a day with ur skin type face wash. Use facial scrabber twice a week. And use "Neutrogena black heads eliminator" 3 times in a week. And use suitable toner evryday.
