Who does the car belong to? That's who they send the stuff too. Next time don't be an idiot and speed you could have hit someone and killed them(I've seen it happen). Also you wouldn't be in this mess if you never sped. PLEASE quit posting this Q and grow a pair and tell your parents....AND DON'T DRIVE until you realize there is a speed limit for a reason.

You screwed up! The FPN will include a copy of the photo. The photo will show the number plate and POSSIBLY the occupants of the vehicle. It depends upon the camera system in use as well as how it was aimed.

The FPN will be posted to the registered keeper of the vehicle. If that's you, it will be addressed to you and you should be able to handle it without anyone else's knowledge. However if it's addressed to someone else, well, you know where that is going now, don't you?

Forget going to the Post Office. They can do nothing. They have a legal obligation to deliver the mail to the addressee at the address on the letter. Unless you were to submit a diversion order it will be delivered as addressed. Whilst you could put in a diversion order for your personal mail, putting one in for someone else is a criminal act. What's more, the Post Office will send confirmation postcards to the addressee at both addresses about the diversion so they would know about it before it took effect.

You've made your bed, now you must lay in it.

Hate to break the bad news to you, but they will more than likely send the ticket with the photos of the violation taking place to the address that is most current on your driver's license. Unless you can get to your mail before someone else retrieves it, you may not have a choice. Sorry, but perhaps next time you might want to obey the speed limits so something like this won't happen again.

Well I don't know where you live but in the UK we don't get the picture unless we are appealing the ticket. All we get is the fine to be paid and it tells you where you were caught speeding and what speed you were doing. I must differ from country to country I guess.
The moral of the story is be sure your sins will find you out lol. You can bet your bottom dollar if you do not want to be seen someone will see you lol.

You deserve what you did. Get to the post office fast and tell them to deliver this one letter to your own hand and not to the mail box. Tip the fellow there or sweet talk him into it. I was in a similar situation too when I was young but that was not because of speeding.

Speed thrills but kills. Drive safely, girl friends can wait.

just make sure you get the mail first, or go to the post office and have all the mail forwarded to a new address that you can get to first. But that would be wrong.
