You can not return the vehicle. First off, you are responsible for the payments on your old car until you can get this taken car of. If you don't make the payments, it will blemish your credit and even though the dealer is supposed to pay off the car, the finance company can legally repossess the car if no payments are received. Even if it went to court, they are not obligated to remove it, even if the dealership is found guilty. I have witnessed this first hand.

You need to contact the dealership and tell them that their check bounced and that they need to pay the loan off now. You may need to contact the BBB as well as possibly an attorney. Good luck and make sure you keep payments current, I'm sure you don't want a repo on your credit.

I would call the state atty general and then get an atty if they won't give back your old car and let you get out of the deal with the new one. By now, they have probably auctioned off the car, though. Did they bounce the check or issue a stop pay? You can file a police report if they bounced the check as that is fraud.

Immediately call the State's Attorney's office and file a complaint. There are laws that protect consumers from businesses like this.

Sweetheart, it's very difficult to read your questions if you insist on SHOUTING and use no punctuation at all. Spell-check would help too, but isn't too important.

However, it looks like you need professional legal advice.
