Job offers don't usually come unsolicited in email. That's for starters. Point two, companies don't usually have hotmail accounts. That's a dead give away, this is a scam. Their next trick if you respond is to ask for your SS number and personal information so they can process your payroll. Delete the email.

A scam. Think about it. Would a real company be using a hotmail address? And would they email you a job offer without an application and an interview?
