Now, were working for my visa and for our son. We wanna know how and what we will do first just to get me and the baby a visa? And, how long will it take? Thank you for your kind consideration! If your husband is an American citizen, you should have already registered the birth of your son at the embassy in Seoul. It's quite possible that your son is eligible for citizenship, rather than a visa. Your husband should have filed immigration papers for you at the embassy as well. If he's no longer in Korea, that will be more complicated. Is he stationed in the US now? take a look at the websites for the embassies in Manila and Seoul at usembassy.state.gov and look for the American Services Sections. Go in and talk to them as soon as possible.

Go to your nearest US Embassy and consult the immigration department. They can provide all the necessary information. www.manila.usembassy.gov

Present your marriage certificate and birth certificate of your son to be granted visas aside from the previous documents you presented when your previous visa was granted.
