I get commissions. If I exceed my quotas, they kick into a much higher payout percentage. One quarter I exceeded my quota by $350k and received $20k commission that month.

A usual monthly commission check is between $1,200 and $4,500.

Yes,
Over $3000 for a bonus gross not take home.

In my job I get a profromance bonus each week, $1000 plus, yes no sh***t.
