branflakes or any whole grain cereal is good. Sausage or bacon could be hard to digest, depending on the age of the person.

A little bit of all three should be good tastewise. However, bacon is digested extremely slow and some of it will remain undigested even at the end of the day.
Ideally, bran/cerial, a sausage or two along with some vegetables makes for a good, nutritive breakfast that will last you till lunch time.
Hope this helps.

I'm a greedy vegetarian
Its just gone 10AM here so I'll be ready for second breakfast soon.....perhaps (v)bacon and egg rolls...yep, sounds good.

Neither. It will be oat and raisin crunch topped with natural Greek yoghurt and banana slices, with soya milk. A glass of fruit juice, and two large cups of tea. Not forgetting 10mls of cod liver oil and a garlic pearl.
