Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 months. He is 19, i m 17. He lives about 40 min drive awy from me, nd would usually drive to mine so we can see each other once or twice a week.
Yesterday he goes to me, so where do you want to go? I answered i don't know. He said can you not say that it pisses me of!!!
Usually we just drive around park somewhere and talk, or muck around.
My question is...
What should i do when he says where do you want to go? I really don't know where we could go or what we could do...
Also any hints on what i could tell him we could do, usually we don't do anything organised just hang out.
I think he is getting annoyed with me and the fact he is the one who always makes decisions.
Any ideas/ advice?

Wow, that is REALLY rude of him! I understand that he just drove 40 minutes to see you, but gosh -- way to ruin it!
Since when is it your job alone to plan out your the daily itinerary? Did he ever tell you that was your job? If not, he really should not be getting upset just because you didn't manage to be some sort of perfect planning girlfriend.
Before you start planning your next date, here's my advice: Maybe you could start alternating who chooses the activity. You could decide each visit ahead of time who's turn it'll be. That way, instead of putting the pressure always on one of you or being confused about who's handing plans, you could look forward to finding out what the other person has planned. Just a thought.
Other than that, I think plans depend on what sort of area you live in, the weather, your mood, your interests. I like the atmostphere of coffee shops, personally (cozy, music, etc). Restaurants, parks movies... cooking (desert, snacks, lunch, etc.) together can be a fun bonding experience. Sports are great if either of you are into that. Definitely do group things sometimes or spend time with eachother's families so that you get to see how he treats other people (Really important!). Honestly, the sky's the limit! Get creative! You could probably even find a book with date ideas.
Good luck. And don't forget to stick up for yourself. :)

Go get some ice cream, go to the movies, bowling is more fun that you would think, its almost time when you could go look at xmas lights, maybe you have an animal park around or putt putt. I live in a small town so thats about all we have to do here.

So, pick something. Movies, park, putt putt golf, watch the sunset, stay home and rent movies, go out to eat...just pick something.

Why can't you go to your house? Go to dinner. Watch a movie. Shoot pool.
