Why has it taken so long to find a cure for cancer?

Since the 1950s, we have spent billions looking for a cure. Do most of you believe we will not ever find a cure?

It is VERY odd that there is still no "known" cure for Cancer after all these years of research and cruel animal testing. I strongly believe that a cure for Cancer already exists but it is being concealed from the public. The cure is in eating healthy, NATURAL foods and living a healthy lifestyle free from exposure to toxic molds, chemicals and metals.

For a long time, abnormal solvent pollutants, additives and preservatives have been put into the foods we eat and the beverages we drink. Tap water is no different and it is not safe to drink. It's a nasty cocktail of lead, flouride, chlorine, Arsenic and other contaminants. These contaminants can also enter our bodies through our skin when we take hot showers! Shower water filters are necessary, but of course nobody bothers to tell you that, do they?? Harmful chemicals are also in our soaps, cleaners, cosmetics, toiletries - you name it - they are in there! And yet, people still wonder why Cancer is such an epidemic. I'm not a genius, but even I know that these chemicals are not good for you.

Also, I don't know if you have noticed in the skies these days, but they are being polluted more and more by planes spraying chemical aerosols (Chemtrails). This has caused many people to become gravely ill. (It is best to stay indoors on days when you notice chemtrails in the sky.)

As for a cure being "found", don't count on it. The big business of cancer is too profitable and it helps with population control too. Population reduction is actually a big concern of the "government".

There probably is a cure for Cancer but we won't see it. The cause is probably one of those scientifically spelled additives that's put in all our foods so grocers can keep the food on the shelves for extended periods of time, and they probably cause the abnormal cell replication.

The FDA doesn't care, slip'em a few and they stamp it USDA. Notice how the pharmacutecal commercials tell you about the wonders their drugs can perform and at the end they slide really quickly across the myriad of side effects that will make you sicker than what you have, FDA approved!
Wanna cure hypertension? Take the sodium out of every food sold at the grocer.

There's no money in curing Cancer or anything else. There is huge money in diagnosis and treatment, and research.

The diagnostic equipment cost megabucks and GE is making bank. They are major suppliers of the various imaging machines that are used to diagnosis Cancer and other ailments.

Treatment is designed to keep people in a pseudo recovery with pseudo hope and the billing back and forth between pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, hospitals, imaging suppliers and everybody else that has a Cancer related "commodity" is in the zillions.

Research is the biggest roll of baloney, those folkes don't really research anything. They collect money from charity, donors and government grants, and since the government is the only entity asking for some results, the researchers submit a document that substantiates their use of the grant and sets them up to ask for the next grant.

There's no money in cure, this is a capitalistic society and the capitalist don't care about cures, and the patients and their families are victims and there's nothing that we can do about it.

And When Are Jerry's Kids Gonna Get A Cure!!!!!! There ought to be a law against that telethon!!!!!

Here's what HAS been done. There are many diagnostic tests and surgical procedures which simply weren't available years ago. If detected early, many forms of cancer can be successfully treated.
That's more than we had years ago and cancer is no longer an automatic death sentence.
So, in many cases, yes, there is a cure for cancer. But in many cases, no. EARLY DETECTION IS STILL THE BEST CURE.
I have a "scope job every year, and the surgeon is usually cutting out polyps. I have it because of a family history of colorectal cancer (father)So, the best cure is to prevent it from happening.
As far as an all-inclusive cure is concerned, that will probably never happen.

google "resveratrol preclinical and clinical trials", also www.oldsouthwinery.com. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston has done a ton of studies on this stuff and it works. The Chinese and Japanese have been using it for centuries.

There is a 60 page report and it explains how the stuff cures just about every cancer.You can buy it at the winery it's called 'new-u" and they know all about it if you want to call. The stluff tells the killer cells to get the cancer and soeties it gets the cancer cells to go away by themselves and it is also a great cox 1-2 inhibitor like Celebrex and Vioxx, but without the side effects. To my understanding there is no significant etiology and or prevention or CURE of Cancer as a whole. The American Cancer Society reports that there is no Sure Way to prevent and cure cancer. However, early detection is critical and can mean the difference between life and death. Still no one has invented any medicine for cure for this deadly disease. Only treatment methods and medicine have been unreached but it is also not foolproof. These treatments can only prolong to life for some more time and postpone the death temporarily.

Still lot of money is being spent world over to find some solution for the problem - as CANCER IS STILL AN ENIGMA-

Because cancer isn't a disease as in caused by bacteria or viruses but instead it is a mutation that went wrong. There are always mutations happening... Some serve no visible purpose, some makes us evolve in a new direction and some are degenerative as happens in cancer cases. Plus, there are many different sorts of cancer, which makes it even harder to find a cure. But I do believe there will be new and much less agressive treatments and, who knows, a vaccine and a cure for most of them if not all of them eventually.

Cancer is not ONE disease. Cancer is just a term that is used to describe ANY disease where cell growth becomes abnormal. So there are as many cancerous diseases as there are types of cells in the body -- pancreatic, brain, lung, lymph, blood...etc. This is why there is no 'cure' for cancer. And yes, I think that eventually there will be a cure for every type of cancer, but maybe not for a long, long time yet.

CANCER IS NOT JUST ONE DISEASE. Start studying cancer and its many different types and you will know why there isn't a cure for most cancers.
