Need A Hair Makeover!!!?

Question

My hair has looked the same since I graduated HS 4 years ago. I play around w/color a bit, but the cut is always the same straight long layers, always close to my shoulders. I'm terrified of going too short. I love my pony tail so I need enough hair for that. So I need some suggestions/pictures of something new.

Right now my hair is at right at my shoulders, long layers (hard to tell, almost one length), angeled towards my face a little, and long side bangs. I hate it. HELP

Make a ponytail more elegant by wrapping a section of hair around the elastic & securing it w/ a pin to conceal it. You can also section the ponytail and curl each section loosely to add more interest.

I like girls with long hair but pony tails are good 2. Really its all goo because I would still do whatever you want if you were my gf.

maybe try no layers so that its straight a straight line at the shoulders and then straight bangs up to your eyebrows, not sidebangs
