There is no STAGE V in Prostate cancer or as a matter of factor in any cancer. Stage IV B itself TERMINAL and the patient will not survive. However note the details of stages of Prostate Cancer -

There are 4 stages of cancer. Prostate cancer is staged by its severity, which also helps to determine a prognosis. Stage 1 means that there are no symptoms and the cancer is confined to the prostate. Stage 2 indicates that the cancer is presenting with symptoms but is confined to the prostate. Stage 3 means the cancer is in the early stages of spreading, and stage 4 indicates that the cancer has spread and is now attacking other organs.-

Stage 5 of any cancer is a very late and advanced stage. Very likely past the point of treatment being successful. Most likely the cancer has moved to other area's as well. This is a time to make the most of each day.

When a biopsy confirms cancer - grading is to determine if the cancer is a slow- or fast-growing.

The most common cancer grading scale runs from 1 to 5, with 1 being the least aggressive form of cancer and 5 the most aggressive. (5 - 7 is aggessive).

The links below will give you information.

stage, staging: The extent of a cancer within the body. If the cancer has spread, the stage describes how far it has spread from the original site to other parts of the body.
