Nobody created God. That's what the word eternal means.

Happy Halloween to you too!

Where does space begin and where does it end? When did time start and when will it end? Even those who do not believe in God readily accept the limitlessness of space and time. However, when it comes to believing that God exists, and has always existed, many say, "No, that is not possible!"

Many people are of the opinion that life and the universe must have a cause. To be sufficient to produce the things we see, this cause would have to be endowed with certain powers and qualities, such as energy, organizing ability, artistic taste, love, and wisdom. Why? Because the things we see in the universe, particularly on our planet Earth, reflect these characteristics. An important point to consider is that these are not the attributes of things, but of persons. So we end up with the concept of a Supreme Being—God.

I find the Bible’s viewpoint on basic facts to be logical and in harmony with observable realities:

1. Something Cannot Come From Nothing.
2. Life Comes From Life.
3. Matter Is a Form of Energy.
4. The Universe Gives Evidence of Purpose.

Where did the material universe and the many different forms of life on earth originate? Some scientists, although not all, say these life-forms have come about by chance. But the varying theories of scientists always presuppose the existence of something, no matter what they call it. They say (and rightly so) that matter is a form of energy. For this reason, they feel that the material universe could have come about accidentally. But they do not explain how the initial set of circumstances came to be. There is always a preexistent something the origin of which they are incapable of explaining.

So atheists presuppose the existence of a thing, whereas believers in God presuppose the existence of a person. In view of all the natural laws, mathematical precision, organization, and wisdom that can be seen on earth and throughout the universe, I find that it is more logical to conclude that the First Cause is an intelligent Creator rather than a blind force. To atheism’s premise, ‘In the beginning something,’ I prefer the Bible’s opening words, “In the beginning God.”

Frankly I have no clue what-so-ever as to where the universe came from. That being said, that is no reason to jump to the conclusion that: Oh, it must have been the Judeo-Christian God that a bunch of middle-easterners claimed to talk to thousands of years ago. Yeah, and heaven and hell must be real places. And angels must exist. Everyone has to accept Jesus as their savior. And babies have to have a man in a robe poor water on their head and say some magic words. And men were formed out of mud and the first woman was formed out of the guy's rib.

As if that's the only possibility of where the universe came from. Give me a break. That's not even remotely likely.

It's like seeing that the cookie jar is empty and automatically saying, "Well, since I can't explain who took the cookies... It MUST have been a green baboon that transported into my house from the future and took the cookies because he needed cookies to fuel his flying carpet.

Can't people just acknowledge that we don't know something....rather than making up magical stories and preaching that those stories are TRUE?

The universe was not 'created'.

The law of conservation of mass-energy states that mass-energy (the stuff that comprises the whole of our universe) can neither be created nor destroied. There is no credible scientific theory, imagined circumstance, experimental evidence, etc. to even suggest this law can be violated. It is a reasonable assumption that the mass-energy that makes up the universe always existed in one form or another (be it an infinitesimal point or a 40 billion light-year sphere).
There are plenty of theories that need not invoke magic to explain why the singularity started expanding.

God has created, is running, and will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe. God was, is, will be everywhere, God was never Created and will never die / be destroyed. God is beyond Life and Death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Well I am a Christian so I believe that God has been and always will be. He was here before time began. No one created Him because He is the creator of all things. This is very hard to understand and basically no one can comprehend it, but there are some things that the human brain will never be able to understand about God.

All of us have allways been and allways will be, God is simply a step up from us. If we live right we'll become Gods/goddesses some day,Ours did. The universe is eternal!
Nothing created all of us, ok God created our bodies, but not our soals. The vail keeps us from remembering things that didn't happen sense we came here.

The Universe was born of a singularity which formed the big bang. M Theory holds that it was a quantum leap of two Membranes into the same point which caused the big bang, and that was the singularity. It wasn't anything cognizant, just a very common subatomic activity.

the universe was not created by any one but the result of nothing being highly unstable as potential energy itself converting into kinetic energy as shown by the calculations of physicists Victor Stenger . Myself Idon't know and don't pretend to know or make up myths to explain what I really don't know! Below is a link for Stenger's mathematical proof.
