When I got my belly button pierced last winter it got a little infected so I used Claire's ear piercing cleaner. I picked up a bottle at the mall and it was only about $3 and it lasted for a long time. If you don't have a Claire's store around, you can also try sea salt and water. I would recommend either seeing a doctor or calling a place that pierces body parts for recommendations on what to clean it with-they may even have something you can purchase. I also wouldn't use peroxide unless you want the hole to close up. Also, piercings don't usually cost too much so I wouldn't recommend piercing something youself. Good luck.

first of all shame on you..
-only touch it when absolutely necessary, and wash your hands before touching it!
-peroxide will hurt and dry your skin out
-you need to make sure you are washing it well...hot water and soap
-you should buy some of that piercing cleaner...squirt some onto a cotton ball and rub the peircing lightly...do this 3-5 times a day untill infection is gone
-you can also put some neosporin on it and cover with a bandaid...id say for about a week
-change bandaid daily and add more neosporin

wow more like Spshell K! just grow a pair and use alcohol or peroxide, cause nobody likes a nasty nose, lol total turn off. wash it if you must really avoid alcohol or peroxide, warm/hot water with soap. frequently, i even suggest removing it unless you want to ya know, wait it out.
rub some dirt on it.

Babe, the pus signifies an infection. Forget the peroxide, you now need rubbing alcohol. Yes it will burn but the alternative is having the dr. or e.r. clean it out which ain't no pic a nic. If you wait too long it will be really painful.

you will desire to have been pierced with a hoop. First, wash your fingers. Then jointly as they're moist (no longer soapy yet) flip the hoop so as that the ball is all the way on one side the piercing. placed a touch cleansing soap on your fingertips and artwork it right into a lather. Wash the side of the hoop that's uncovered. Rinse it nicely. ensure you do no longer flip it jointly as its soapy, you will desire to no longer get cleansing soap contained in the piercing itself. Then flip the hoop so as that the ball is all the way on the different side of the piercing. Wash this side with soapy water and rinse. commonly salt water washes are reported to boot. because of the fact the nostril piercing is complicated to soak with salt water, there's a sprig attainable at warm subjects referred to as H20. Use that to boot one million-2x an afternoon. additionally ensure you're actually not touching your piercing outdoors washing it (with very clean fingers). i be conscious of its complicated to no longer play with, even regardless of the undeniable fact that that's going to heal lots swifter. reliable success :)

You could clean it with rubbing alchohol, but it would hurt really bad...or you could swallow your pride and go to the doctor.
Why don't you wanna clean with peroxide? Do you not have any?

Haha, I've pierced my nose two different times.
Each time, it swelled twice the size, and I had to use pliers to pull the nasty stud out.
