No. The Army is the ONLY service with a "high school to flight school" program. Also known as "street to seat," it is actually called Warrant Officer Flight Training. The Army is the ONLY service that will take civilians directly into a flight program wihtout a college degree, in fact without any college at all, though that is very rare.

The program involves Warrant Officer Candidate School, followed by Initial Entry Rotary Wing (flight school), and a leadership school. It runs a bit over a year. Civilians can apply directly to the program, and so can enlisted personnel from all services. However, it is EXTREMELY competitive. People already enlisted in the military have a MUCH higher rate of selection than civilians. From the civilian pool it's almost impossible to get selected without some education and/or flight experience. You have to understand that a lot of people applying to this do have degrees & in a lot of cases at least a private pilots license if not a commercial ticket.

If you want to fly for the marines, go to college, preferably one with an aviation program, and apply for flight OCS. My cousin is in it now. It's a good program. If you want to fly helicopters in the Army, enlist in the guard to an aviation unit, go to college while serving, and apply for a WO slot.

I am not very familiar with the Army program. I have been in school with Marines in the navy flight school. They are college grads, mostly Annapolis or Engineering students. I don't recall seeing any helo pilots so perhaps those don't require such strict requirements as the jets to get into.

To be a pilot in the Marines, you need a college degree.
With a high school diploma, you can join the marines, there are many fields open to you, but being a pilot is not one of them. For this, you need a college degree.I/m sorry.

To fly in any Us military you must be at minimal a warrant officer. The army is the only service that has that low of a rank that flies. To be a warrant office you must have about 24 collage hours.
