i really like this guy, and im pretty sure he likes me too but his friends are complete jerks. They tease and make fun of me like every day for no reason, so i get mad at them and we go at it alot.
This guy never goes along with his friends when they tease me, so thats ok, but he never says anything because his friends are older than him and they'll make fun of him for saying anything, so after they walk away he usually apoligizes.
The problem is his friends are keeping him from asking me out even though i can tell he wants to, so he just flirts with me alot.
today, some kid told him to kiss me and he said "okay!" and then i blushed and changed the subject (im shy)
what am i to do...ugh

He's not worth your time.
He really needs to quit worrying about what his friends think and what's important to him.
He obviously cares more about his friends and social standing with them then he does about you or himself.
Sorry, but you're better off without him unless he does a complete 180 but don't count on that.

If he wanted to be with you, he would be. He values his friends more than he does you at the time. Maybe this will change. Try to not get mad when his friends tease you. Guys are like that when they are together in a group. They think it is funny.

Try to talk to him when is friends aren't around, but you definitely have a problem, I used to have the same problem. A guy I liked had a friend who would make fun of me and finally I told the guy me or him, and since I was 13 at the time, he picked his friend, Oh well, such is life.

First of all who cares what his friends think. From here on out ignore them as if they don't exist, because the more you pay attention to them the more they are going to do it.
Second of all.......... make sure you don't confuse his advances towards you. He may just be trying to be friendly and courteous. Be prepared for that and be honest with him. Ask him yourself when his friends aren't around if he would like to go out , or if he would like to go to a game... something as a cool friendship would begin.

you seem like a nice girl so i'll try to go soft!! dont get your hopes up! if he liked you (maybe he does, maybe he doesnt) he would stand up for you not caring what the other little immature douchebags say! remember he is a guy so like most guys he likes to flirt! but maybe all you need to do is talk to him. sit him down and tell him how you feel. you never know! youve got alot to gain and nothing to loose!! so good luck!!

Ruthie: You like the guy not his friends. So tell the guy how you feel and if he likes you ask him to put his friends in check. If not push on.

go for it--you are dating HIM, not his friends. If he likes you he will get rid of the "jerks" soon enough.
