I really don't understand your question but the answer, above, is even more esoteric.
However (to comment on the answer above) it is God who gives us promotion, not man. Look at Joseph. He had 11 older brothers.
Now to comment on your comment.Anyway it is God who gives us talents to use for Him. It is good that some use them in the way they are meant.

And every knee will bow. But when we get there, what will that be like? And when we see that the church had believers sit for 20 years plus and could only promote people by their age and not level of maturity, what kind of stewardship is that? Or what other education system outside the church would allow this to happen. Bible colleges and seminaries don't do this. Should we or God be pleased?
