Has anyone tried the skin care line from Dr. Perricone? Do the products work? How about other brand such as oil of olay? What has been the best skin care product that you have ever used?

Don't be fooled into spending your money on expensive products! Their claims are very inviting, but this is mostly hype. You can reduce wrinkles by making small lifestyle and dietary changes, like: -Drink more water. This helps your skin look more full -Stock up on age-fighting antioxidants. You can get them from berries, green tea, green vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, and citrus fruits. Liver, red wine, and chocolate also have antioxidants, but use these in moderation only because they will do more harm than good if you have too much. -Wear sunscreen!! It is well known that the sun causes premature wrinkling! Make sure you get a sunscreen that is broad spectrum and doesn't just protect against sunburns. Look for ingredients like zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and avobenzone. -If you must get a cream, get a moisturizer with sunscreen. Moisturizers reduce the appearance of wrinkles. No need to go for the most expensive ones, you can get a good one for <$12 that will last you months. -

A lot of anti-aging products out there have a high price tag, but lack the results they claim to justify their price. I personally have been using Arbonne's Nutrimin C RE9. I have clients who have chosen Arbonne over Dr. Perricone's.
