Separate tickets required, but I bet you can find lots to do in the city or outside the track. Have a GREAT time.

Definitely come out on Saturday for the Busch race. It won't sell out so you can buy cheap tickets right there at the gate. (you might even get a pair of free tickets) The Nextel series is practicing at 11:00 so you could come watch that. And if you are willing to spend some money you should get pit passes. It will run you about $125 each, but you can check out the pit and garage areas and get some autographs. And of course "Tent City." Come by our campspot and we'll have a beer. Have fun.

How are you travelling? If by airlines, are you renting a car at the airport? If you have transportation, there is plenty to do. Always something going on at Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth, lots of good bars to go to. Also, there's Billy Bob's down at the stockyards, it's hopping on Saturday nights. If it's your only time in the DFW area, I would highly recommend either one of them for your nightlife. There is also a new shopping center with a Wal* Mart about a mile or so east on Rte. 114 from the track for any supplies you might want to procure for the race. You're not very specific as far as what you're looking to do on Saturday, so I just figured I'd toss those out there for you to chew on.

The Busch race is Saturday. It does require a different ticket as does the truck race on Friday. Not sure where your coming from but, there is a lot to do in the DFW area. What are things you enjoy?

The souviner trailers will be there and you might pick up a Dallas Morning News paper and look in the sports section and they some driver appearances and some show cars that be out and about.. There are some in there I just have a paper in front of me or I would tell you who and where. I know Elliot Sadler will be at Bass Pro Shops in Grapevine Friday. Hope this helps in some way. Have fun!

Talked to my cousin in fort worth, she said the busch race isn't sold out, tickets are rather cheap...Heck hit the sovenir trucks by the race track, also there might be some drivers making apperances somewhere as well, check the local paper. if you are not from Texas, heck go down the stockyards in Fort Worth hit one of the steakhouses, or go over to billy bobs, go shopping for some cowboy boots...Have a great time....Theres always something to do in a race town the day before a race....
