Have you tried it?

Glucosamine actually does nothing for the pain itself.

Rather, it is used to help maintain tissue in the joints. If you happen to suffer from some forms of arthritis, then it may help to keep the joint healthy. The medical profession is somewhat divided on just how effective it really is.

I've tried it - and it didnt help. My joints still deteriorated, at the same rate as before I was taking it.

It won't hurt to take it, if you want to try it. Ask your doc which type you should take.

Good Luck

Yes, it works great! I even have my dog on it! My husband finally agreed to try it after the dog recovered from an ACL injury much faster than expected. It works well. Give it a shot.
