I have a 3.40 OE-A PSP (fat PSP) and I want to update it to a newer version probably 3.70 M33 or something else. The store from which I bought, had already updat ed my PSP to 3.40 OE-A but now they are charging 20 $ for an update and I heard I could update my PSP for free on the internet.

to update to 3.71m33, you first need to update to 3.52m33. to do this, download this file:

you can follow the read me file, but you run the M33 CREATOR first. this is only if you are on an oe firmware.
then you must update to 3.52m33-4

however, i would suggest you stay at 3.52m33-4
3.71m33 is still buggy and has some issues. 3.52m33-4 is a solid firmware that will play every current game released.

use google to find every guide you want and every tools you need to make the upgrade to the lastest custom firmware, is so simple!!!
