For one thing that is most important, please spell this correctly. Tell what and when exactly it was that was your responsibility and job duties and the role you played in the vaccinations and how you spread awareness about the diseases, and what the diseases were as a volunteer.

You should have a short category at the end of your resume that is either:
Interests
special recognition
volunteer work and community involvement
You could work into any of the above categories

i usually include an "intersets" section in my resume. if you've volunteered for specific organizations list their name and address and the things you've done for them. if you've done enough consider making a "volunteer" section!

Just as you stated.
Its hardly a qualification but just a work experience so mention it as a work experience.
