i just got hired at zios i make 2.5% of gross income or something i was really confused can anyone help on this
is it for every thousand i get 25$ or so or am i way off thanks in advance

i also make 3.15 an hour and this is a real popular place like 13+ $ per plate also its not a pizza place its an Italian restaurant

I was waitress for years, I never heard of this.....I always got minimum wage plus 15 to 20 percent of the bill.....
Any way, I hope you're not working for less than minimum wage.....
2.5 percent of 100 dollars is 2.50. So 2.5 of 1000 is 25.00......
Don't work for less than minimum wage.

Not a very good salary. They have to sell a lot of pizza to gross a grand. So if it takes 10 hours to sell 100 $10 pizzas that means you make $2.50 an hour..................Good job
