No, the time change for New York as well as the Eastern Time Zone, this year has changed to this Sunday coming up--November 4th at 12:00 a.m. It's always on a Sunday so the change--this year giving us an extra hour to sleep in--interferes with the least possible number of people.

NO--the time change is NEXT Sunday all across the USA, including New York. It will happen at 2 AM on Sunday November 4th, when the clocks go back to 1 AM.

No you aren't suppose to change the clock back one hour today. It's never on a weekday. November 4 is the day you change it. Or you can change your clocks before you go to bed on November 3.

when you go to bed Saturday night, turn your clocks back one hour. You get an extra hour of sleep so enjoy it!
