Theological Debate here...

Depends on your perception of God. Is He all powerful and all-knowing? Does He have a plan for your life? If so, would an Ultimate Creator really have a plan for you that only revolved around your misery?

I suppose my belief is that the power within us is always great enough to overcome the troubles around us. We just need to be receptive to the help that's out there. I thank God for putting people in my life that can help me.

Sometimes yes, other times no. Depends on the day and the problems I am having. We are only human and I know that if I were more into the right thing and listened to God more I would be able to say yes to that but, I am truthful and I have many times where I think I am not worthy of His caring though I know He does care. So, that is my opinion of me and only me.
