does the amount of microfarads a capacitor can hold also tell what amperage it puts out? or is there a formula to figure out amperage of capacitors?

Farads are units of the capacitance value of any capacitor and are determined at a fixed value when they are manufactured. The capacitance value does not chance [except in special made variable capacitors] when placed in a circuit regardless of the current, voltage or frequency. The capacitive reactance [X of C] of any capacitor is a function of frequency and capacitance value in an a c circuit and approaches infinity in a d c circuit. The charge and discharge current [amperage] of a capacitor are the same and equal to the voltage across the capacitor divided by the capacitive reactance [X of L] of the capacitor. This applies to sinusoidal wave forms . You have to use calculus to determine instantaneous charge and discharge current where complex waveforms are applied to a capacitor. In general the instantaneous charge and discharge current when a complex voltage waveform is applied is directly proportional to the capacitance value of the capacitor , the magnitude of the applied voltage and the change in magnitude of the applied voltage with respect to time. It has been a while since I was exposed to this and I hope I haven`t misinformed you.

A capacitor is a storage device. For a power supply, which is a common use for the larger capacitors, they resist the change of the voltage supplied to them, thus reducing the ripple voltage from the pulsating DC coming from the rectifiers. Another possible way to think of a capacitor is that of a surge suppressor that only allows a steady stream to flow from it. A capacitor does not "put out" any current. DC can not flow through it, while AC appears to do so. It appears that you have picked up a few misconceptions about capacitors and need to study just how a capacitor does work. One manual to that end would be the ARRL Amateur radio Handbook. This book has a very good section on basic Electronics theory that you really need.

A capacitor's size is measured in farads. 1 microfarad is
1e-6 farads. Amperage is the measurement of current flow.
Think of current, as water flowing in a pipe. Current flows when there electrical path between potential difference i.e. voltage. A capacitor can hold a charge and thus have a DC voltage accross it. If a resistor, measured in ohms, is placed accross a charged capacitor's terminals, current will flow through the resistor. The amount current flow is the voltage / resistance. Over time the charge on the capacitor and its voltage, will be reduced to zero and the current flow will be zero.

Are apples related to chimpmunks?

You are mixing terms. Farads refer to the amount of charge the capacitor can hold. Amperage relates to the rate at which the electrons can be removed.

I don't thinks so, the current output is dependent on the leakage time of the capacitor, the size (plate area) and of course the resistance of the circuit the capacitor is connected to

perhaps you would find this reference interesting.. i only read a smidge so don't blame me if it's not what your looking for.

No, regrettably, so some distance as i be conscious of i'm of non-coolio blood.... yet i locate the undeniable fact which you're relating to Edgar Allan Poe certainly wonderful. you will desire to be a skilled author, or do qualities like that skip down? i'm uncertain, yet does no longer that's dazzling to be waiting to produce works like his. :) If i ought to be relating to a minimal of one prominent individual i think of i could be relating to John Lennon..... Oh Bob to be relating to that genius could be euphoria! only think of of the satisfaction contained in the family participants to have such an impacting individual of their bloodline. He became a visionary and a musical ask your self, i could fairly % to have an inkling of his skills working by using my veins. :B
