i really like her and she's very helpful (i feel the workouts, to say the least), but i'd simply be spreading myself a bit thin if i continued with her. what's a nice way to let her know that i can't continue?

i have 11 sessions left & she made mention of that today. plus, she let me know that she believe in me & she stated that she hoped she had earned my trust, etc. i just feel bad, but if i'm ever gonna pay off some other things and work towards purchasing a home, i can't keep spending money in/on things that aren't completely necessary.

thanks for your help (in advance.)

just tell her that you can't afford it as you are saving for a home. and that you will keep her in mind for the future if the need arises. no need to blow smoke up her you know what .

Simple state" i can no longer afford to meet with you." You will need too stick to your ground and keep saying no. They will pressure you too sign up again, but just keep saying no.

Just like you need your money, she needs hers. Be honest - it is the best result.
