'Tú eres muy bonita' is 'you are very pretty' is Spanish. The 'a' is for when you are telling a girl that they are pretty..you change the 'a' to an 'o' when speaking to a man.

But also, 'bonita' is a word to better used for a woman...'tú eres muy guapo' is 'you are very good-looking' (handsome)...this is usually used when speaking to a man.

Hope that helps!

When talking to a female
Te miras muy bonita.
When talking to a male
Te miras muy bonito.

EDIT: Yeah the person in the bottom has it right. "Bonita" is pretty much a feminine word. Not being sexist, but that's how languages work. You never want to call a guy "beautiful".
