If you have a walk-in FirstCare or Urgent Care place near you, go there if they're still open. It's like an emergency room but alot cheaper. Alot.

Slow down your breathing there Turbo. It's just that for whatever reason, ya got a touch of the nerves and started sucking in too much oxygen. Take a deep breath...hold it slow count of four..release slowwllyy... Do this for a minute or so. You've made yourself hyperventilate, so your mind's racin', your heart's poundin', and you may feel like your going to go nuts...You won't..just feels like it. Are ya doin' the breathin? Slloowwllyy now. Your tearing apart your dorm room was a way of you distracting yourself. Try cleaning, much more progressive. It helps to lie down, close your eyes and go to your happy place...mine's the beach by the ocean. Remember it's just the mind going in to stress overdrive, nothing more. I used to have panic attacks and could tell you some crazy stories..ha! Take care!

Do you have a general practitioner? They could get you set up with an appointment to see a therapist, and possibly a psychiatrist. They could also give you something to help relieve your panic attacks (if that is what you are having) for a short time until your appointments.

There must be a counselor on campus, contact that person immediately.

You can calm yourself if you control your own thoughts. Did you take any drugs? Have any allergies? Going through any trauma?
