If women can have multiple orgasms, does that mean they can go on forever?

No the orgasms have to stop eventually (i would hope so! an orgasm lasting forever sounds very...tiring). It generally means that women can orgasm multiple times in one "go" unlike men who generally can orgasm once and then needs a rest time before having one again.

well most women can go on for quit a while , but not forever.

no it doesnt,orgasms build up gradually but women eventually get numb and arent able to feel anything for a while

Not necessarily. Sometimes you get too tired to continue. Sometimes you get so sensitive it's painful to continue.
