They make it look so easy - i almost broke my back trying last night. What's the secret as i'd love to be able to do this?

i arent a porn star,but i can get my feet touching my neck,and i've had 4 kids lol, i suppose it depends on flexibility and how much exercise you do, i dont exercise much,but the kids always keep me on my feet,(unless they're on my neck(my feet that is)lol-) i dont exercise much but when i do,i use a gym ball and do pilates

Well first you have to be able to be squeezed into a 4 by 4 box so you have to have your feet in the air and then they get you casted but first you are told that your money for being a "star" is located behind your ears and you must get it with your feet only
and then you are to get any toe jam that is accumulated in between your toes and then you must give yourself a pedicure while getting laid.Now try those steps and you will have made it like them oh but first they have to break your back.Good luck future star.Your going to go real far.

Well, here's what you do-

1) Join a yoga class

2) Make sure it's a male instructor

3) Get cozy wth him

4) Ask him to teach you some "spezialised yoga"

5) pray to god that he won't press charges for sexual assault in the work place

LOTS of practice.

If you are trying this then i would recommend you start a little at a time and build up over time. Eventually you will be able to get your legs back there!

Not from personal experience, or anything:

I agree: stretching. And some people are not flexible certain ways... i can't do the froggy splits, but other people who have never tried it before can just do it.

You're supposed to warm up before streching, because your muscles are more flexible, or somehting.

If you could take a dance class that would probably be fun, and you'll get more flexible :)

Why only porn stars? I'm sure not all porn stars can do it. I think it would be more common with gymnasts.

Just curious. Why do you want to put your feet behind your ears anyway?

Lots of Stretching - if you're not already limber.
A lil' secret: If you stretch after a bath/shower, you achieve quicker results because the warm water loosens your muscles.
