I subconscious press snooze for 3 hours or end up turning it off. I sleep at around 10-12pm and my alarm goes off at 7am. I've even slept at 8pm and can't wake up at 8am. That's 12 hours of rest yet I can't wake up which makes me late for school. I've tried from sleeping pills to placing alarm clock far away. NONE OF IT WORKS! I can't purchase those weird alarm clocks either. Help! My future depends on this! Thanks in advanced!

the only thing you can do is to go to bed earlier. when you are getting sufficient sleep and follow a regular sleeping pattern you shouldn't even need an alarm clock to wake up.

if you are still in your teens you should be getting a good 9 hours of sleep daily, some however need more. you may just be one of those people that need a lot of sleep in order to function normally.

If I have to get up early I tell myself to wake up before I go to bed. Also I have an anoying radio station programed to go off and I have to get up turn it off, also put your alarm clock away from your bed, so you have to get up to turn it off. Make sure it is very loud. No music you enjoy.

the reason you probably end up sleeping that long is probably because you just don't get up, even though you have had enough sleep. I feel the same way sometimes. Believe me, if you make yourself get up earlier you will feel a lot better and better about yourself.
