You can't. Iodizing the salt has nothing to do with clumping, it is added to prevent Thyroid disease, specifically goiter.
Sea salt naturally contains some iodine. It is usually sold as coarser crystals than most table salt.
Rock salt is not intended to be eaten, it is used to make ice cream and melt snow.

Easy way to find out - 1. it is on the box (that is in the bin)
2. Most table salt sold in the US is iodised, so if you bought the salt in America you morethan likely have iodised. There is really no need for Iodine in salt today, there is such a small amount in it, we tend to get it from other sources. Originally put it to help prevent goiter. There are test kits that you can buy, (mixing the salt with water and placing a test strip in it)

Non iodized salt is usually sea salt, if you can try to remember if it was sea salt or regular table salt. If it is sea salt then you have non iodized salt. If it is table salt then its naturally iodized.

Oops!
Good that salt is cheap.
It has other uses besides cooking .
Try soaking in a warm bath with salt and lavender oil.
It is so relaxing and soothes sore and aching muscles.
