not 100% fat free. the government allows food manufacturers to label serving sizes as having 0 grams fat if there is .5 grams of fat or less per serving.

fat free typically means reduce fat and increased sugar in the form of high fructose corn syrup, a substance with more negative effects on the endocrine system then fat itself.

there is no real reason to use fat free foods, when you can use less of the real stuff which always taste better anyway. diets too low in fat can cause just as many problems as diets too high in them...

IT might be pretty close to being fat free, but that doesn't mean if you binge on fat free foods and go over your calorie maintenance level that you wont gain weight...calories are more important to look at.
