Don't snack on food while you are studying. Make small changes in your whole routine to use up more calories during the day. For instance, walk a longer route to school (or if you get a ride usually, start walking), take stairs instead of elevators. Cut the butter on your toast or sugar on cereal by half of the usual. These changes are small, but caloriewise, they add up just like dollars. This will help you keep off new weight.
Take 10 or 15 minutes away from studying to do situps. Read books while doing step-ups on a stool on stair. And if you are feeling too overwhelmed by your schoolwork, talk to a school councellor who will help you find a better routine and lessen your workload. Good luck!

Starred because I'm currently having a very similar problem myself, which is only going to get worse come next semester, when I'll be doing my senior capstone and a couple graduate level courses. Ugh.
I've always heard you can get a book stand for treadmills, but it seems like that'd make people (or maybe just me) motion sick. God help you if you actually need to write anything down at the same time. Of course, it's entirely possible that I'm just exceptionally uncoordinated. :)
You didn't specify if you're in high school or college, but if you're at a university this might help. I'm planning on trying this out myself, so maybe it'll work for you, too. I'm going to start taking a change of clothes and a towel with me and hitting the fitness center on campus after I'm done with classes for the day. That way you won't have to worry about being all sweaty and stinky and all that, and you can spend as much time as you want in the gym without watching the clock to make it to class on time. The rest of the time, I'm going to forego elevators in favor of stairs, and just walk whenever I can -- even if it's just a couple blocks or so between classes.
Hope it goes well for you, and keep us updated!
