No, I'm good, thanks.
Mind you, I don't believe you live, you die, you're worm food. I personally believe that we're 100% energy - some physical and some conscious. When we die, our body breaks down into organic mush but our conscious, sentient energy joins the greater, mass energy where we may recognize passed on relatives and family members, friends we have known and lovers we have loved.
That's not exactly spiritual, but I assure you I live a wonderful life, I'm happy and I love everything! My life is fulfilling and I do not fear death. I most definitely have not lost my will to live.

First what you are asking is NOT a feeling. Look up feeling/s on the Internet. Those that use feeling when it is not a feeling are delusional.
If you want to know if i think that i have to believe in something spiritual or else i will lose the will to live. My answer is I'M STILL ALIVE!!! NO! But i am sure there are many sick people who do.

Spiritual is that of the heart and emotions, even if you do not acknowledge it as being spiritual. Same for your consciousness and personality, etc etc.
Your inituitiveness - how you feel - the same.
Even sports can be 'spiritual' in the right frame of mind, where you are at one with yourself, and it is not you that is moving - just that your body moves in response to the situation at hand.

Have to? No. Do I? I think so. I've been trying to live as an atheist, but I keep thinking of matters spiritually. Don't know if its life long habit, or something more.

Even though I value connections to other people and to the universe as my version of spirituality, it doesn't doesn't provide me with the will to live. That's inborn with my genetic survival instinct.
